I’m Savana Ogburn and THIS…is my newsletter! I’m mostly a photographer and a collage artist, and occasionally a set designer and an animator too. I love making work about queerness and pop culture, and telling stories through a super colorful, theatrical lens.
Because my work is so tactile, and often pretty labor intensive, I’m passionate about sharing behind the scenes looks at how I make my work to demystify some of the process. I believe you can make SO much with very little! And I just have so much to say!

I’ve been trying hard to find an online space to connect with people who like my work- I miss the intimacy of blogs/Tumblr and I’m hoping to foster a similar space here. Longer form content, extra BTS, and a little less polish than other sites require. It’ll be fun!
